Medicare Part D
Medicare Part D is a federal program that provides prescription drug coverage for individuals enrolled in Medicare, either through standalone plans or as part of Medicare Advantage.
Medicare Supplement
Medicare Supplement insurance, also known as Medigap, is a private insurance policy that helps cover out-of-pocket costs like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles that Original Medicare doesn’t fully cover.
Ancillary Plan
Ancillary insurance provides supplemental coverage for additional services not fully covered in Medicare plans, such as dental, vision, life, and hospital indemnity.

It’s safe to say I shocked a few people when I became a Medicare insurance specialist. It was a big change from my 20+ years as a certified physician assistant (PA). As a healthcare provider, I mostly served the senior and military populations, and what I loved best about my PA work is still what I love best as an insurance agent: the satisfaction of really helping people and really making a difference in their lives.
I firmly believe there is no one-size-fits-all in the realm of Medicare and senior planning. Therefore, I make understanding my clients’ unique needs priority #1. It’s also why I chose to be independent; by representing an array of insurance carriers instead of just one, I can help my clients pick the best products at the best value—for the same price they would pay if they enrolled directly with the insurance company.
What to know if we work together: You will never owe me anything for my services nor pay more by utilizing my help. Insurance companies pay me a commission for servicing their plans. If together we conclude that your current plans still fit your needs best, you still owe me nothing. Your peace of mind is my goal, and doing the right thing is my commitment to you—always.
Additional background about me: I am a Kentucky native who has called Colorado home for almost 2 decades. I have also lived in Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana. In addition to those 5 states, I am also licensed in Florida, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas. I’m nuts about our 50 United States and try to explore them as much as possible, often in the form of National Parks adventures with my husband and kids. Faith, family, and community are my bedrocks.
